The Ridgeway Ghost

Two spirits joined by an earthly kinship. Brothers who met their fates at the hands of cruel men. The older thrown head first into a blazing hearth, the younger, fled coat less into the very winter night they were seeking shelter from when they entered a roadside inn on the old ridgeway trail. If you see the warm glow of a fire just off in the distance and hear the trailing footsteps of a large dog. Keep good thoughts and a steady stride and that may be your only encounter, for many a wicked man on the ridgeway trail has met a more chilling fate.
